Purchase options cancellation policy

Every NURYA product is sold as an automatically renewing subscription. This policy explains how the billing works and how to cancel it.

How billing works

• Your first order is charged when you place it and ships straight away.
• You are then charged the same recurring amount every 4 weeks, plus shipping and any applicable tax, until you cancel.
• The recurring amount is the figure shown as the recurring total in your order summary at checkout, before you pay.
• There is no minimum number of orders, no commitment period and no cancellation fee.
• Free shipping applies to orders of $50 or more. Below that, standard tracked delivery is $6.99 and priority handling is $9.99.
• We email you an order confirmation for every charge, so each renewal is on the record.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.

• Sign in to your account and manage your subscription, or
• Email support@try-nurya.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing.

We do not require a phone call, a retention conversation or any other step to cancel. Cancellation takes effect from your next scheduled charge. An order that has already been charged and is being prepared for despatch cannot be recalled, but it is still covered by the refund terms below.

Changing, pausing or skipping

You can change your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, or pause your subscription from your account, or by emailing us at the address above.

Free gifts

Complimentary items included with a qualifying order - the travel pouch, the 90-day tracker or a bonus product - are a one-time welcome item on that order. They are not repeated on renewals, and they are never charged for.

Refunds

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of the order for a refund, whether or not the bottle is empty. See our return and refund policy.
